CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation Policy for Non-Personalized Item/s Order:
An order is eligible for cancellation within 24 hrs of order placement or before it has been processed for shipment at our warehouse whichever may be sooner. To initiate a request for cancellation please write to us on help@shoppingsmart.in with your order number and request for cancellation mentioned in the subject or contact us on +91-9036336666.
Cancellation Policy for Personalized Item/s Order:
- Customer cannot cancel their order after the order has been successfully confirmed.
- Any alterations can be made within 30 minutes of order confirmation
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@shoppingsmart.in. In case you receive a damaged or wrong item, you need to let us know with pictures/video of the issue within 2 days from the date the order is delivered to you. Once approved you will get an exchange with the same design. In case the same design is sold out, you will get store credits which you can use within 1 month from the date the store credits are issued to you.
NOTE: Please record a video while opening the shipment when received. As we need a video recording of the unboxing shipment to validate the order defective or damaged. The exchange cannot be approved without a video. We always strive to give you the best products with good packaging and avoid the hassle of exchanges.
Refunds:
Shopping online can be tricky! And Shopping Smart team understands that. We always strive to give you the best products and avoid the hassle of returns or exchanges. Sometimes you may need some time to decide whether you want to hang on to what you’ve bought, or simply return it because it turned out to be different compared to what you had in mind. That’s why we offer you 5 days to decide.
- Simply, you can conveniently return any unused item for a store credit coupon, within 5 days from the date of delivery. This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 6 months on www.shoppingsmart.in.
- Please note that the item MUST be unworn/unused.
- Credit Value will be for the full value of the products returned, excluding any shipping/COD charges.
Can everything be returned?
Yes, as long as it doesn’t fall into any of the following categories:
As you can imagine, personalized items have been made specifically as per your requirements, which is why they are not eligible for refunds.
- Personalized items include any personalized product bought from shopping smart.
- This is also applicable to sale items, offer items and free items, unless the product is broken or defective.
We advise you not to accept any order if our seal is broken or the box is unsealed at the time of delivery – these orders will not be accepted if returned.
Return process on Personalized Item/s Order:
- Our return policy is applicable within 5 days from the date the product was delivered and applicable only for the following reasons:
- Incorrect Product - If the product received is different from what was ordered during checkout.
- Incorrect Personalization - If the personalization on the product is different from the details shared while placing the order.
- Damaged Product. - If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received product.
Courier Delay's:
We will not be responsible for any courier delay if it occurs due to un-avoidable circumstances in your City. For the same, no refund or return can be claimed. However, our team will work with courier partners to ensure the courier is delivered to you Asap.
Refund policy & instructions:
Refunds cannot be initiated if the fault is a result of your own actions such as mis-spellings, incorrect or incomplete address details provided, or incorrect recipient contact number provided.
Any times or dates stated for delivery are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver Shopping Smart Products within the time specified, but we do not accept liability for any failure to deliver within that time.
Express shipping will be shipped with highest priority through fastest delivery service available to your location.
If the products does not get delivered within 30 days from the date of your purchase, we can initiate a reship or refund your order at your request!
Kindly follow below steps before returning the product to us:
- Please make sure that the returning items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Once the item/s is/are securely packed, connect with a Shopping Smart team to let us know you plan to return the item, so we can expect it!
- Ship the item to the address mentioned below.
- Share the tracking details with our Shopping Smart team. In the event we do not receive the package, we will request Proof of Delivery.

- Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 5 days.
Please allow a maximum of 10-12 business days for the return process to be completed.
Refund timeline & source:
Once the returned product is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the product/s and the refund process will get initiated to the original payment source within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.
