When will my order be shipped?
We process and ship your order within 1 working day and delivery expected within 5-7 working days after dispatch, The tentative timeline for shipping is mentioned on the product page. This is our standard shipping policy but in case of any unforeseen circumstance occurs, we will be sure to notify you of the same.
Will I be notified about the shipment tracking details?
When your Order ships out from our warehouse, we will notify you via SMS or email with the tracking number and tracking link included in it.
What if the order didn't get delivered after making payment?

Do you charge a delivery fee for my order?
We charge a nominal amount of Rs 50/- (non-refundable) as delivery charge for orders below Rs 499/-. We offer free shipping for orders above Rs 499/-. Happy shopping!
How long does it take to deliver my order?
We work only with well-reputed and trusted courier service providers. This is our way of ensuring that our products not only reach you in the fastest possible time, but also, in perfect condition. All orders usually take a delivery time of 3-7 working days after dispatch (all days except Sundays and Public holidays) within India.
This is our standard shipping policy but in case any unforeseen/uncertain circumstance occurs by our shipping partners, we aren't in control so in that cases the shipments may be delayed. No refund is applicable for any unforeseen/uncertain circumstance caused due to the courier operations delay issue.
What are the payment modes available for placing an order?
We accept cash on delivery and prepaid payments via debit/credit card, Net banking, UPI payments, Google Pay, Phone pe, etc. You will be able to see these options in checkout while processing your order.
Do you accept cash on delivery for personalized products?
No COD for Personalized products, Since it is personalized by name & self interests. Rest assured, the quality of our products is good & customer support is always available.
How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can login to your Shopping Smart account and choose “My Account” to view your order details. You can also contact customer care at help@shoppingsmart.in or call +91 9036336666.
We’re available on all weekdays (except Sundays and Public holidays) from 09.30 am to 6.30 pm.
If you do not have a Shopping Smart account, then please follow the “Track Shipping” link in the order confirmation email or mail us your order no. and email id/mobile number using which you had placed the order, we will check and share your order status.
How can I check if you deliver to my Pincode?
